Oversight Management Services is designed to provide the client with basic controllership functions at a low cost.  This service is ideal for the company that currently has a bookkeeper, but needs a part-time controller.  The services includes:

·        Initial Accounting operation evaluation, including recommendations

·        Monthly financial statement review and analysis.

·        General oversight of inside accounting group, with recommendations on processes, controls, and policies.

General accounting services provide basic accounting and bookkeeping functions.  This service is designed for the client that would like to outsource the accounting function.  This service includes:

• Accounts payable processing, and check disbursements.
• Full accounts receivable management, including, billing, cash application, and collection activity.
• Payroll processing, including, time collection and posting to general ledger, disbursement, basic management reporting, benefit accrual maintenance, tax filing and reporting.
• Basic cash management services, including deposits and bank relationship management.
• Full management of general ledger, including, month-end closing, year end audit prep, reconciliation of all accounts and sub-ledgers, account analysis & reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
• Basic monthly financial reporting and analysis, including, income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash-flows.
