OPA, LLC is pleased to announce a new business association with the consulting company of Non Profit Transitions (NPT), www.nptransitions.org.  NPT was founded to provide organizations, particularly non profit organizations, with transition leadership and to assist them in dealing with transitional issues. In addition, NPT works with family run companies to help them transition through business challenges that are unique to these types of companies.  NPT was founded in 2003 by Chris Dame, and over the past 5 years has utilized senior, conflict-tested experts, many being veteran CEO’s at major institutions, to provide Boards of Directors with seasoned professional interim executive leaders during leadership transitions.  Combined with OPA’s expertise in strategic/operations and management/board areas we believe that our two consulting companies can work well together to offer our clients a broad range of business services.
