Three Massachusetts businessmen have founded a new company, Organizational Planning Advisors, LLC (OPA)  The new company provides strategic, business, and finacial assistance to companies and non-profit organizations through consulting, outsourcing and advising services.

The company's partners, James Ross, Jim Amtmann and Christopher Culross have extensive experience running and managing Fortune 500, midsized, small and start-up companies in high tech, manufacturing, services, and banking, as well as non-profit organizations.
